Shipping policy

Your delivery:

Orders are normally received by us within 1-2 working days, except bank holidays. Delivery usually takes place between 8 am - 6 pm, we will email you with tracking and despatch information. Northern Ireland, the Isle of Man, the Isles of Scilly, Orkney, Shetland, and other Scottish islands can take 2-3 days. Shipping times can be selected at checkout process.

 

Saturday or Sunday deliveries:

At this moment in time, Saturday & Sunday Deliveries are not available.

 

What happens if I am out during delivery:

A card will be dropped through the door; the card will indicate we called. Please follow the instructions on the card to re-arrange delivery.

 

What should I do if my delivery is late:

We try our very best to let our customers know of any potential delay as soon as possible. Unfortunately, delays can happen which are often beyond our control. If this means your order cannot be delivered on the confirmed delivery date, we will let you know as soon as we know of any delay. We will ensure that further emails or text messages from us will provide updates on the progress of your order.

 

Tracking your order status:

You will be able to track your order by visiting “Your Account”, signing in, and clicking on My Order History. We will also send you an email at each stage of the process, i.e. when the order is placed, and then when the order has been dispatched.
